A few things about rush requests:

  1. We charge a rush fee for all clients on any rush requests.
  2. Defining why this is a rush request is important. Some of the important information.
    1. Is there a deadline?
    2. What is the deadline?
    3. What happens if this done using normal workflows and timing?
    4. Is this an energency? Even if it may seem like an emergency, not everything actually qualifies. It’s an emergency if critical items are not active such as a website, landing page goes down and can’t be accessed. Making a request because we weren’t informed is not an emergency.
